The Preferred Contractor Network list represents contractors that have completed the required courses, provided adequate documentation, and demonstrated quality installations to ASHP Collaborative staff. The Minnesota Air Source Heat Pump Collaborative (the Collaborative) and Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) cannot guarantee or ensure the quality of services or products provided or that the installers are properly certified and licensed. Any work agreement or contract you enter into with an installer is solely between you and the installer. Neither CEE nor the Collaborative is a party to that contract and thus, no claim shall be made against CEE or the Collaborative.
